1. Website hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access are processed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this page.

2. Purchase

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). Stripe processes your name, email, payment details and country to execute the purchase (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We receive your name, email, country and order data, which we keep for 7 years as required by Austrian tax law (§ 132 BAO).

3. Emails

We send your download link and, if you ask for them, the free recipes by email via Resend Inc. (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework). For the free recipes we process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to hallo@proteinplus.at; we then delete your address.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us at hallo@proteinplus.at. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
