Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium (like this PDF), the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) 11 FAGG / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). You give this consent at checkout.

If something is wrong

If your download doesn't work, the file is damaged or you received the wrong product, email hallo@proteinplus.at and we will send you a working file or refund you in full. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Withdrawal form

To withdraw before delivery has started, send us a clear statement (e.g. by email to hallo@proteinplus.at): "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of The High-Protein Cookbook, ordered on [date], name, email address, date."
