1. Seller

Yosef Tail – Protein Plus, Nussbaumallee 4, 1110 Wien, Österreich, hallo@proteinplus.at ("we"). These terms apply to all purchases on proteinplus.at.

2. Product

"The High-Protein Cookbook" is a digital PDF with 100 recipes and 4 meal-prep plans. It is delivered as a download link right after payment and by email. Nutrition values are calculated estimates per serving and may vary with the products you use.

3. Contract and price

The contract is concluded when you complete the payment on the Stripe checkout page. All prices are final prices including any applicable VAT.

4. Immediate delivery

By completing your purchase you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started (see Refund policy).

5. Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the cookbook for private purposes. Sharing, reselling or publishing the file or its contents is not permitted.

6. Liability

The recipes are not medical advice. Check ingredients for allergies and intolerances. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; otherwise liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Law

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
